Terms & Conditions, Deliveries & Returns

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Northern Ireland.

Use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions:

www.drinksology.com is managed by Drinksology, henceforth referred to as "We / Our".  In entering our site you the user ("You / Your") are accepting our Terms and Conditions.

1. Copyright No photography, imagery, text, source code and any other material shown on www.drinksology.com may be reproduced or redistributed without our prior written permission.

2. Payment Methods Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard and American Express. Paypal can also be used as a method of payment.

3. Returns Policies It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. Although we endevour to send the exact product as the images listed we cannot guarantee this for items with accessories and or changes to bottle to design.

Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Minimum legal age We may only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.

5. Taxes and Duties Alcohol products sold at www.drinksology.com are subject to UK taxation.

6. Delivery After processing, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you), all orders are despatched using a 3 day service to most destinations in the UK. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.

7. Availability We have endeavored to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.

8. Continuity of access / service Our objective is to offer our customers the best possible service, but we are unable to accept responsibility for interrupted access to www.drinksology.com due to technical problems outside of our control. Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error-free access and services.

Delivery

We are extremely selective about who delivers our products and when. As thus we only use reputable national firms and were possible, depending upon geographic location, a representative of Drinksology will deliver your order.

•    All shipping / delivery costs include VAT where relevant.

•    Drinksology operate a flat fee delivery cost within Northern Ireland of £6.99 unless agreed otherwise on an individual basis. Delivery charges to trade account holders outside of Northern Ireland will be determined at the time of account commencement and will be determined by geographic location.

•    Please note that all deliveries will take place Mon-Fri.

•    Saturday deliveries available on request for Northern Ireland deliveries only.

•    Drinksology endeavors to make all deliveries within 3 working days of an order being placed.
